Introducing our insanely delicious and infinitely versatile OM XO Sauce, a mildly spicy, umami-rich condiment made from Melbourne-grown oyster mushrooms, aromatic chilies, ginger, and garlic. Still prepared in small batches onsite with the farm in Alphington. This versatile sauce was developed in collaboration with local chefs during the 2021 lockdowns, bringing restaurant-quality flavor to your home. With over 160g of fresh oyster mushrooms packed into every jar, this plant-based and gluten-free sauce adds a bold, savory kick to any dish.

OM XO Sauce is perfect for a variety of dishes.
