Originally developed in collaboration with one of Melbourne's finest chefs during the 2021 lockdowns, this premium confit is now expertly crafted by the SCM team in small batches at the Sporadical City Mushrooms farm in Alphington.
Each jar contains mushrooms cooked in a fragrant blend of bay leaf and thyme-infused olive oil, with a hint of local garlic and a touch of red wine vinegar, delivering a rich, savory flavor that's both vegan and gluten-free.
Storage:
- Shelf life: 6 months
- After opening: Refrigerate and use within 3 weeks

OMG Confit Delight is perfect for enhancing your favorite dishes. Add it to antipasto platters, use it as a gourmet pizza topping, mix it with pasta, or upgrade your sandwiches and toasties. It’s so delicious, you might just eat it straight from the jar!

The mushroom confit is divine. We love to add it to a   chatcuterie plate or in a fresh baguette or toasted sandwich. 
It also makes a great pressie for your food loving friends. Highly recommend .
Texture and taste of softly poached Abalone! I love how this confit enhances the oceanic expression of the mushroom. Guess that’s why it’s called an oyster 🤷♂️
Late addition to so many dishes or just smash them on their own. YUUUM
