Our cold smoked mushroom broth is just delicious. Simply powdered Lions Mane and Oyster Mushrooms cold smoked on applewood with a pinch of sea salt. Just add a teaspoon of the broth powder to a cup of hot water for a fine cleansing broth on its own. It's also with a delicious addition to miso soup and adds to the richness of soups, stocks and risottos. Adding a spoonful to my brown rice when its cooking enhances its nutritional benefits and brings a sweet nuttiness to the dish.
